Your mailboxes in the order that suits you

Aerogram lets you choose your mailbox order and makes providers easier to recognise, with locally served logos and separate connection actions.

Available since 12 October 2026

How this helps

Put your most-used mailbox first and find the same order in the sidebar, mailbox selector and settings. The layout follows how you work while keeping your sending identities independent.

A practical example

Your work mailbox is third in the list. In mailbox settings, move it up using its handle on desktop or Move up on mobile. It is still first after reloading, and your draft keeps the sender you already chose.

In practice

On desktop, drag using the dedicated handle. Move up and Move down offer the same action with a keyboard or on mobile. At either end of the list, the button that no longer applies is disabled; keyboard focus stays on a usable control for the moved mailbox.

The order saves automatically in your Aerogram workspace. A status confirms the save or asks you to try again if it is refused. New mailboxes join the end of the list. A mailbox being deleted retains its progress card in settings and takes no part in reordering.

Add a mailbox separates Connect Gmail, Connect Outlook / Microsoft 365 and Connect an IMAP / SMTP mailbox. Logos accompany names and initials, are served by Aerogram and reflect the configured provider rather than a guess based on the address.

Provider connection and authorisation requirements still apply, including those for Microsoft. Changing the display order preserves messages, folders, signatures, sender choices and prepared sends. The guide explains how to connect your mailboxes before choosing their position.
