Aerogram · BETA ON INVITATION

Terms of use

Last updated: October 11, 2026.

Purpose and access

Aerogram is a private web email client, administered by Michael Vande Velde. This instance is not a public registration service and does not create emailboxes. It gives access to existing mailboxes that its user is authorized to connect. Contact: michael@magrana.be.

Authorized use

Access to this private beta is by invitation and requires two-factor authentication per user. The capacities displayed depend on the allocated space. Beta capabilities and offering are manually assigned by the administrator. No payments, purchases or paid subscriptions are enabled. An application does not guarantee invitation or access time; Gmail possibilities remain subject to the authorizations of the provider.

Only connect a mailbox for which you are the owner or for which you have authorization. Respect the confidentiality of correspondence, the rights of individuals and the rules of your supplier. Do not use the app to send abusive messages, seek unauthorized access, or compromise another system.

Keep your identifiers and means of recovery in a safe place. On a shared device, log out when you're done. A session expires after 30 days without activity and at most 180 days after its creation; these delays do not replace voluntary disconnection.

Synchronization and sending

The import of large boxes is progressive. Quotas, outages, and provider limits may delay the availability of some messages or attachments. The layout of an email can be simplified for its security.

After an immediate sending, Aerogram applies the chosen cancellation delay (3, 5, 10, 20 or 30 seconds) on the server side before contacting the supplier. A message already transmitted cannot be recalled. Scheduled sendings require an available server and an active mailbox; they can leave upon resumption if their deadline has passed. Closing the browser or its session does not cancel them.

Suppliers and availability

Gmail, Google and other providers remain subject to their own terms. Aerogram is independent of Google and is neither published nor approved by Google solely because of its OAuth connection. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, incident or change of an API. No permanent availability or total absence of errors is promised.

Data and requests

The privacy policy explains access to mail, its retention, backups and removal of Google authorization. Disconnecting a mailbox does not automatically delete its cache. For a question, incident or request regarding the data of this instance, contact its administrator.
