Choose your mailboxes and what to keep
The four new plans are offered as a staging preview. Publishing them here does not make them available in production. Prices are indicative and exclude tax; payments are not enabled. The administrator assigns a plan after checking your workspace’s capabilities.

The shared quota covers retained email copies, their attachments and shared files. GB are decimal. The separate 512 MiB reading cache is unchanged: it is neither this quota nor the maximum size of your mailbox at the provider.
Existing Access and Storage 25, 100 or 500 GB contracts keep their rights and ten mailboxes. They are not automatically converted to new plans. Check the plan actually assigned to your workspace; this table describes the new catalogue’s preview.
Reading does not mean archiving everything
The cache prepares messages for display and may evict content that can be fetched again from the provider. Its message bodies, indexes and attachments are excluded from backups for the new plans. Content currently cached is no proof that a message can be recovered after a failure.
You choose archiving separately for each mailbox. Only originals and attachments actually copied are retained within the shared quota. A larger plan does not automatically archive every mailbox or promise faster synchronization.
The new plans provide for protection of useful local data and retained copies through regular backups. A local draft and an archived copy are distinct from the reading cache. Available storage and successful backups remain necessary; immediate recovery is not guaranteed.
Check capabilities before assignment
A commercial quota does not reserve that much space on the application server. Assignment checks connected mailboxes, retained copies, files and transfers reserving quota. High volume requires a workspace allowing twenty mailboxes; it remains unavailable in a workspace limited to ten, even when storage is ready.
Trial and manual approval
A new invitation starts a 30-day Comfort trial: five mailboxes and 25 GB, without a payment card. Archiving still requires your choice per mailbox and active capabilities. Requesting a plan or billing period does not charge you or start automatic renewal.
Without an assigned plan at the end of the new trial, provider connections and sending are suspended; new copies and the archive quota become unavailable. Local data remains readable and its backup contract is retained. Existing copies follow the displayed export window and retention rules.
